I have UDT managing and monitoring all my switch ports.
I se the IP addresses for PC's and printers, but some devices like Axis IP cameras and camera streamers do not display
in the above screenshot ports 19-21 have IP cameras and should have the following IP addresses:
port 19 - 192.168.3.130
port 20 - 192.168.3. 125
port 21 - 192.168.3.126
These cameras have default gateways configured.
some of the camera streamers do not have a default gateway and their traffic never traverses my core switch, so I do not expect them to show up in UDT.
some devices do not register in DNS (like a printer connected to port 22, so I do not expect a hostname.
what is needed to have the IP address of the devices displayed?
